Empty lot hasn't been mowed at all this season. Most of the grass, weeds are over 3 feet tall. It,s a shame that the city has money for Fourth of July Fireworks where as money other cities have cancelled them do to the funding. Let's get these empty lots mowed and start fixing the potholes. I live on west ninth and I'm about ready to file for suspension damage to my cars for the city to pay. Lived here for 35 yrs and have payed my taxes!!! I know if I didn't mow my grass, the city would have been here, mowed mine and sent me a bill. This lot is next door to me, maybe I should mow it and send the city a bill.
