After months of not doing this, the City of Atlanta trash trucks are trolling Peachtree-Dunwoody Road again at the 8:30 AM rush hour. This causes a major backup due to the high volume of traffic at that hour and puts the trash collection workers at risk as drivers try to get past this road block.
