Business at 322 10th street named DIVINE held a concert on Friday August 13th that began at 9pm and ran till 1.30 am causing a significant noise nuisance in violation of city ordinance §§ 8.18. 010. In addition to the noise nuisance attendees were drinking and urinating in doorways of other businesses.

The best is to report infractions directly to Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). They take complaints seriously and are more reactive than the City’s officers. If possible, share videos and photos. By experience, these are helpful to identify infractions.
