Why does one get a dog and not take care of it. Would one do their children the same way? Why would one get a dog and tie to a pole in the back yard? the yard should be for ones children or for ones company to sit out instead of on the front porch cooking and making lots of noise. Dogs deserve to be treated with love and care as they always love their masters. It should be known that when one has a dog a sign should be posted and the dogs mess should be picked up on a daily basis, in the street and in the yard. People who disobey the dog laws should be severly punished and fined.
