Clogged drains on the corners pf the 5th/Juniper. This issue has persisted for quite some time. After a rainstorm two of the four corners flood making it so the sidewalks are not ADA accessible. also, cars cannot drive the speed limit without the risk of hydroplaning. The attached photo shows both corners flooded after a rainstorm.
