Dozens of people stand unsheltered at this highly used bus stop during inclement weather. For whatever reason, two shelters were installed at 14th and H, but only one was installed at 8th and H. This is despite the fact that far more buses run along 8th Street and the stop there is one of the most heavily used in NE.
