Corner of Clifton Street and Summit at telephone pole #6455. Across street brand new handicap ramp, beautiful. BUT across the street, next to pole #6455, there isn't even a flat curb/ramp never mind a ramp for a handicap person. Person has to walk up the curb into grass that is many times 8 inches or taller. We need a handicap ramp.
