This is a serious issue in the morning. Some times I am there at the front of the line and this side of the street gets passed up in favor of everyone else. What gives? I don't know and it causes me to either run the light or go up mansell and u-turn at Waffle house. Please fix this!

It isn't just rush hours...it is too short a cycle all day particularly when the restaurants are open. It is a little better than it was when residents started moving in the last half of 2012. But not by much.

Our traffic engineers have been advised of this complaint and will examine the signal timing at this location.

The timing of the subject signal were made on Friday that should, in part, address this matter. Priority for signal timing must remain on North Point Parkway and Mansell Road, respectively, but some additional "green time" was added to address traffic from the Amli apartments and surrounding properties.

Seems to me that this is part of Northpoint Parkway! We sit for ages when there is no traffic coming thru or waiting for the light to change on Mansell or what the city of Alpharetta considers Northpoint Parkway.

I do not see any change in the timing of this light. I see various tools on the road for measurement, but this issue is still present at this time. I do not understand why it is so difficult to just give this light 5-6 extra seconds.

Some adjustments were made at this location to provide additional time for vehicles coming from Resurgens Park Place that are accessing North Point Parkway and Manseel Road. The City is also collecting traffic count data at the location to determine if further adjustments can be supported.

Again, please keep in mind that priority with respect to signal timing will be given to Mansell Road and North Point Parkway, as these roads function as commuter arterials and have larger implications for the overall street system. Thus, it is possible that no more additional "green time" can be allotted to Resurgens Park Place.

The City will continue to monitor the location and if possible, make additional adjustments to provide additional "green time" for vehicles on Resurgens Park Place.
