Description

The house at the end of 122, caddie corner to Fairfield st, appears to have developed major structural issue putting all pedestrians and drivers at risk. One of the two vertical beams stabilizing the the 2nd floor porch overhang has failed. This leaves only one post to hold the weight of the heavy wooden porch cap. Should the second post be structurally unsound or rotted, the heavy wooden and metal porch covering will fall in the near future causing either/or property damage and human injury.
