I am not sure how this service works. The police will not respond to dog barking complaints. Ive called several times.
SPCA already notified them once- as far as I know.
Is there anything else we can do ?

I had a similar problem and wrote to Andrew at SOSNA. He can get you in touch with our city representative, Marianne, who can then help you get through to the police. IT takes FOREVER to solve a complain like this, took me 3+ weeks before the police finally came to speak to the neighbor.
