Traveling along 4th Street, at the intersection at Townsend, I have encountered many drivers who are unaware of who has the right of way. Those who are going "south" (towards King Street), and who wish to turn left, have a green light and thus the right of way.
However, at the same time, those going "north" (towards downtown), and who wish to turn right, have a flashing yellow light. Those northbound drivers seem to think they have the right of way but they do not. I have had many northbound drivers honk and get angry at me even though I have the right of way.
As a flashing yellow light is apparently not sufficient notice for northbound drivers to yield, I would like to see a sign that informs them that they must yield as they do not have the right of way.
