Sewer Department 1 assigned this issue to Engineering Department

Inspector checked alley there is standing water. Will send to Engineering department.
Inspector checked in front on the street and its fine.

Inspector - did you smell the sewage smell? Just curious if you caught a whiff?

I called inspector and he stated he didn't smell any sewage.
