    Isn't trash suppose to be in containers and have a lid on it? I just cleaned up litter from a trash bag that was ripped open and it's contents were spread all over the street by seagulls. Can you please clarify the rule and, if I'm correct, can we start enforcing it so we don't have trash in our streets and clogging our sewers.

    Front porch of abandon house located at 107 S. Austin Avenue has had debris on it for the past 3 years I have lived across from the property. There appears to be hazardous materials and other objects that could cause injury if someone went into the porch which is directly accessible from the street. House also has possible squatters and a broken curb which can also cause injury and/or related problems. Will submit other issues under separate submission. Thank you!

    how do we stop the "the current" newpaper from littering weekly. they put a paper, wrapped in plastic, on every driveway and it becomes trash as many homes are unoccupied currently. it's a real source of litter.
