    There is considerable Litter, Garbage and Furniture on the Rodeo Creek Trail that is being dumped there by people who can drive in on Trail. People can drive in because the bollards are damaged or removed.
    ..... 2nd part of problem is that the Homeless are distributing the Garbage all the way along the trail.
    ..... 3rd part of problem is that Contra Costa County is not picking up trash and the garbage cans are over flowing.

    At the base of the Sprint Cell Tower, located next to the Rodeo Hills Elementary School, is damage to the protective metal shrouding. The damage has left exposed wires and protruding sharp sheet metal edges.

    Repair is very important asap due to that school is opening this coming Monday.

    This car and others always left on this street half of them are stolen! This one car gets ticket moves it 3 Rd day so it don't get towed and then it's brought right back! Something fishy. Someone do their job and look into this!

    The water or contaminated liquid is flowing very obviously from the open storage area behind the wall and gate. The liquid is milky in color and seems to be coming from under numerous vehicles that are stored there. The is also an RV stored there that appears to be occupied. Where waste from that RV is also a potential problem.

    The Catch Basin is approximately 12 inches x 8 inches and is located at the North side of the Front Gate.
