    Drive through Old Town Bluffton is quite beautiful however on Goethe Rd I see trash / wrecked vehicles / yard debris etc. I have lived in Bluffton Park for 2 years and it has only been getting worse.

    I walk this park daily and see continuous litter not be picked up near garbage cans, and in bushes heading for broad creek water. I use to see a person with a trash picker device and a bag cleaning the park daily. I understand there has been a change but it is not for the better and the manager should look at the persons responsible for upkeep here to see if they are negligent on the job they are being PAID for. I am picking up a lot myself as I walk and putting it in the cans myself.

    Pathway is extremely unsafe for pedestrians on westbound side from Palmetto Bay Rd to bridge.

    The northern stretch of the “Power-line” pathway, that goes through the woods in Crossings Park has a lot of brush/bushes that negatively impact pathway usage.

    There are primarily two issues:
    1) The pathway is effectively narrowed because the brush/bushes encroach on the sides of the pathway.
    2) The brush/bushes also inhibit sight-lines. That is, it is difficult to see any oncoming bike/ped traffic.

    Suggest that the brush/bushes of this wooded section of the pathway be cut back 3-4 feet from the edge.
