I grew up on bishop street, parents have lived there for 40 years, I am a graduate of Wilbur Cross high school. Growing up
This residence was section 8 housing with families. I recently moved home with my toddler to discover that it is a haven for addicts. Drug users strew themselves on the porch and sidewalk clearly on meth or oxy. They argue in the street yelling about Xanax. They leave drug paraphernalia in neighbors’ recycling bins. I have empathy for those struggling with addiction but this needs to be addressed and is not a safe reality for my child or any other child growing up on this street. Please let me know what can be done.

There are cars with no permits again parked on the street Tried calling traffic and parking but no answer Please send someone to tag these cars ((And probably check back at 7-8pm tonight as well!!!))

There are three homeless people living under neath the humphrey st underpass right past next door and before dunkin donuts. One guy has been there for a week or so with garbage and food containers drinks etc that needs to be cleaned up. Now there is also a tent with two or three people living in it and their belongings and garbage everywhere. Something needs to be done

The light in front of 15 Foster Street is not functioning properly. It flashes rapidly at night (turning on and off multiple times every second), creating a very uncomfortable experience for anyone on the street and in the surrounding homes.

This issue has been ongoing since July so please send someone soon. I created an issue about it at the time (#12923298) but nothing was done. The issue was then closed a few days ago with someone falsely claiming the issue was resolved.

Very big pile of leaves completely blocking sidewalk on corner of Humphrey and State St. Gas station owners should clear this.

No tags I was walking by with my dog and told them to display their parking permit as the city is tagging cars Gave me the finger and walked down the street towards State St

As we move into the winter and even side parking, what is the enforcement strategy
There are frequently cars blocking fire hydrants, restaurant patrons, and people disregarding the permits g in general to go downtown
