This appears to be beaver damage to a tree between the George Washington Memorial Parkway and the Potomac River. If this issue needs to go to another agency, would you please pass it along.

Bike lane is blocked by service trucks

This request applies to the entire stretch of parking on the south side of Maine Ave SW between 7th St and the entrance to the Gangplank Marina.
According to the street sign (see attached photo), parking for up to 4 hours is permitted, with payment required at all times. But, how do we pay?
There are no parking meters; they have all been removed from their posts. There is no multi-space parking meter here. There are Parkmobile signs, but no associated parking zone number.
I searched the map in the Parkmobile app and found that the zone number for this area is 21423. But, zone 21423 does not accept payment before 6:30 PM, even though there is no sign anywhere saying that this is a rush-hour no-parking zone.
There is a construction zone here, but there is a wide, unimpeded sidewalk between the construction and the street. Finally, there are no signs, temporary or permanent, in the 4-hour parking zone that prohibit parking.
Therefore, there are no prohibitions on parking here and payment is required. So, how do we pay?

This should be a quick fix. Somebody would just need to come out a ladder tall enough to reach it and then twisted it in the correct direction.

This was erroneously reported as a dead streetlight a couple weeks ago. In the attached photo, the dead alley light can be seen in the upper right, above the tall bush.

I just noticed that the street lamp behind my house is out; I was out here last night and did not notice the light out. This lamp is in the alley; it is between the backyards of 1507 and 1509 Massachusetts Ave SE. The photo is looking west down the alley from the rear of 1511 Mass Ave SE. The street running across the background of the photo is 15th St SE.

The SW post office needs a bike rack. All this space reserved for cars, and the only place to lock a bike is a sign post.

Somebody dumped a large pile freshly trimmed tree branches in the sidewalk in front of my house.

Branches hang low over sidewalk, requiring pedestrians to duck.

It looks as though the pavers have been missing for a long time; the spot is filled in with grass. There may have been a large tree here before. It is a tripping hazard, especially in the dark, and it's difficult to navigate the sidewalk at this spot with a wide stroller.

Food wrapper trash all over the plastic toy park.

Playground repair:
Bolt is missing and insufficiently braced plastic part could fail if child grabs the handle; causing a fall.

This area needs a bike rack; there are stores on both sides of 15th and no where to park a bicycle.

Tree branches are too dense for the health of the tree, and the thick canopy prevents street lights from illuminating the sidewalk.

I fed it two nickels and a quarter and it still read zero time and the red expired light kept flashing.

There's a disgusting smear of burned stuff, food, and what looks like chunks of auto glass.
