Two consecutive street lights are out, one right by a bus stop.

A large collection of potholes in the south lane, adjacent to where roadwork occurred earlier this fall.

The cement bench at this bus stop has been tipped over.

There is broken glass on the sidewalk pathway, just behind the bus stop.

The windrow is across the width of the crosswalk, forcing pedestrians to walk into the intersection when crossing north-south on the western crosswalk.

There has been a pile of debris on the on sidewalk at the corner for several days. It looks to be vehicle crash remnants and a garbage bag with mystery contents (not checked by me!). It is right across from the school and students must cross here daily.

There is a piece of rebar sticking out of the sidewalk between 12109 and 12105 95B Street, causing a significant tripping hazard.

Pedestrian signal from south side to cross 116 Ave not working. Also, the advance green from CPSchool to turn left (west) onto 116 Ave is not working, so the green is VERY short. Too short for even adults to cross on green without the pedestrian light.

A road sign looks like it has been sheared off at the base and is on the ground in front of Dieppe Manor. It is a No Parking/96 Street Sign.

Grass from city green areas (and from many residences too, mind you) is growing over the sidewalks in MANY areas, making safe walking difficult. Strollers and wheelchairs don't fit on some sidewalks anymore.

Pushing the pedestrian signal from the south (Audio Concepts) side of the street to cross over to the mall seems to have no impact. We gave up after waiting 4 minutes (and hardly any traffic) and the person beside me said she had previously waited over 13 minutes before walking across.
