    Not sure of the exact location because I am watching traffic and avoiding the potholes, but there are 2 potholes on Oliver Hill Way north of Broad, about a block. One is in the left lane, the other is in the center lane.

    Just past entrance to Exxon, on the left side of the road, a White older model Buick with expired registration tags (August 2014). The car has been there for 2 weeks.

    Once a day for the past week, I have seen cars making illegal left turns out of the "A" lot for VCU and proceeding the wrong way down East Grace street. The cars do not stop at the intersection of 17th street and Grace. Traffic heading South on 17th street has the right of way. There either needs to be a large NO LEFT Turn sign coming out of the lot, or Grace needs to be 2-way with a stop sign at 17th street.
