Coming off the highway (see map) I sighted a group of plants that looked a lot like hogweed. The plants were at least a foot taller than the barrier wall.

A pothole has formed at the intersection of Archwood and Lakeshore that is in the path of water runoff, so is eroding quickly.

the stop light of the south-bound University Avenue turn lane going into UALR is out.

Honestly, smelled like something had died, and I could smell it from the off ramp at speed.

There is a sight obstruction hazard at the northwest corner of the intersection of UALR Campus Drive and South University Avenue. The vegetation is significantly higher than 10 inches. Not even large trucks can be seen until they are almost upon the intersection.

The red light is out in the north-bound turn lane of H street and University Avenue.

There is a sight obstruction hazard located at the entrance to the Murray Dam Site Public Use Area. The vegetation in the dividing median of the entrance has grown much higher than ten inches, and now constitutes a driving hazard for any vehicle shorter than a pickup truck.

There is a fireplug rotated almost horizontal on the southwest corner of University Ave and Father Tribou. The outlet cap appears turned downward so access by a hose may be impaired.

The street contour is extremely deformed on Evergreen just west of University Ave., and over time it seems to be getting worse. Is this a sink hole forming in the road?
