Water is pouring out of the asphalt, along a cut line in the pavement The water is draining toward the street gutter and the storm drain

The PVC water line that runs from the Belle Vista Mini Park onto the public dock is broken and water is free flowing into the bay

The stop sign on the NW corner of Casablanca Ave at E De Bazan Ave is missing the 3-Way sign that used to be attached to the stop sign You can see where it used to be attached The other 2 stop signs at this intersection still have the 3-Way sign attached Dangerous intersection leaving the Don CeSar parking lot, I was almost hit yesterday because a driver assumed it was a 4-Way stop

The grass watering system on the left side of the park has been constantly running for 5 days straight

At 3670 Belle Vista Mini Park, there is a broken pipe at the entrance to the dock Water is spraying everywhere
