Cycling on and off (mostly off).

These have been out for over a year, reported multiple times, and are at 1300 and ~1200 Western Blvd., respectively. Duke Energy and Raleigh City links to report street lights now seem non-functional.

This was acknowledged by Duke on 8/3/16 but still is out, despite Duke claiming to fix these in 3 business days.

This has been reported to Duke Power but not acknowledged by them.

This has been reported to Duke Power and acknowledged by them as repaired. It is not repaired.

This is a reopening of an issue the City keeps dodging. Previously Raleigh responded, "Raleigh police officers are sworn law enforcement professionals however the courts and statutes have long held that a police officer has to witness a violation..." That's the problem. RPD are giving a pass to big V-twin bikes with no mufflers - clearly visible.

There is a very deep dip in Cutler St., at its intersection with McCulloch St., where repairs were made some time ago. Now the ground has settled. You almost have to stop your car to go over the area or risk car undercarriage damage. Previous damaging collisions are evident in the pavement.
