Parkway strip irrigation running at 5 pm. North side of foothill parkway, east of California. Also overwatering - water pouring over the curb and running down the gutter.

This was reported almost a year ago, acknowledged and closed by the city, but nothing has been done. The slurry job was sub-par and has been breaking down ever since it was completed. I'm not happy when I pay a contractor for inferior work, and I'd hope the city wouldn't be either. This concern involves the entire length of Brunstane, but I'm sure other sections and streets are in the same condition.

City owned trees are overgrown and have damaged my property. Please trim the tree in front of my house, remove damaging surface roots and repair the broken sprinkler that it caused.

Overgrown weeds in the Chino Ave Park n Ride lot. Some are 3-4' tall. They impede access to vehicles in adjacent parking spaces.

This house waters EVERY DAY at around 2:30-3:00 pm.

Automatic regular exit doors marked "this door to remain unlocked during business hours" are turned off and blocked with shopping carts. I asked the person checking receipts at the exit if the door shouldn't be blocked with carts and she said it's because people try to bypass the receipt checker and head straight for the alternate door (it's adjacent to another door). Even though it may be an inconvenience for them, I don't believe it's legal for them to disable and block a marked exit door.

Center median palm trees need trimming. They're dropping fronds and large, heavy seed pods in the roadway. Traffic has to dodge the debris and there is a risk of damage or injury if one hits a vehicle or motorcycle rider.

Various sections along the street, the slurry in the center of the road (along the center seam) has worn through or deteriorated and the old surface is visible. Please patch these sections so the deterioration doesn't spread.

Bushes overgrown and blocking sidewalk.

City slope sprinklers spraying into the street. Pedestrians must walk 15 feet into the street to avoid getting sprayed.

Water valve has a severe leak and is running down the sidewalk. East side of Oak, just south of Chase at the start of the hedge.

I know this is probably caltrans but the off ramp of the 91E at Serfas Club has inconsistent signage. The existing sign at the end of the off ramp shows that the right lane can either turn right or go straight. However the painted markings on the roadway show the lane can ONLY turn right. The arrows are newly painted so the signs should be replaced to agree with the painted arrows.

The weeds along the edges of the islands at the end of the parking lanes are getting very overgrown. Some are four feet tall. It is difficult to get in/out of a car at an end space due to the weeds.

I travel along Lincoln every morning around 3:30 am. For the past several mornings, I've noticed the signal at 10th and Lincoln red for the Lincoln traffic with no cross traffic or pedestrians around. The signal seems to be stuck in a cycle to allow for cross traffic when none exists.

The weeds at the Chino Ave Park & Ride need to be removed. They're overgrown and make it difficult to get in/out of car when parked adjacent to the island. Some are almost three feet high.
