    This is the aftermath of of reporting dumping to DC 311. City inspectors are lackadaisical in their duties. This dumping and trash was reported numerous times. The trash originally out there actually had an address taped to the box. I do have a separate picture of that address. They are constant violators.Residents of 1200 block of 4 th street keep dumping the trash on Ridge Street. They leave their cans out. The cans block the sidewalk.
    I believe there is a city ordinance that states your trashcan must be stored within a certain amount of time after trash is picked up and it should not be put out before sunset the evening prior to trash pick up. These cans are here all the time. Try should be picked up in front of their house on fourth Street not Ridge St.
    My previous complaint and the resolution whatever is posted below.

    This is a constant problem. Been reported before. These trash cans going to the Holmes on fourth Street. They are constantly being left out with trash in them blowing all over Ridge Street. They and the trash have been blocking public sidewalk and the cans have been left out since the previous pick it up.

    Constant problem,people dumping bags of leaves and construction debris. Storage of trashcans. This appears to be alley access for the homes in the 400 block of N St. Weeds are never cut therefore it attracts dumpers.

    Truxton Row condos or apartments seems to think storing their trash cans and dumping their trash along side of their homes on Ridge Street is something they are allowed to do. This is a constant problem. Why can't they take their trash cans and recycling cans in after the trash collection? I assume they are like everyone else in the district trash is either collected in the front or the rear of the property. They are blocking a public sidewalk with the trash. They are not securing it properly and it becomes a dump and a danger to Public Safety.
