Couch and tires are blocking sidewalk in front of this business

Bottle Brush bushes along the fence from the start of Montevideo all the way to 63 Lucas Park Drive are over grown. The entire west sidewalk is not accessible. City has maintained these bushes in the past but nothing for 8 plus yrs. They have grown 4 feet on the sidewalk and also 4feet too high and staring to touch the utility lines above

This intersection needs a "No right turn" illuminated sign for southbound drivers on Bellam that lights up when pedestrians request to cross Anderson (on the west side of the intersection). The drivers in the right turn lanes, particularly the second turn lane from the right, do not see and stop for pedestrians. Maybe a light, like the one at Anderson and Francisco Blvd West would help them pay attention.

Vmail rec'd "Good morning. I is this April or Rosemary? Hello I have a lot of concerns. The most recent one is the bike lane obstruction on at. I guess it's 4th and grand. That is a hazard. It is not well marked on. That little triangle that juts out into the street when you're trying to make a right turn on needs to be better marked. It would be good if you put a traffic cone there until you could flag it somehow. It it's it, it's a hazard. I ran into it and I was not speeding or doing what I consider to be too tight a right turn, but obviously it was a right turn going east. On to 4th St. Going up Grant. Also, they're all along Point San Pedro Rd. There are so many hazards, potholes, manhole covers that are not properly reinstalled and right now to a horrible one by Marine Yacht Club where you do get a warning that says there are steel plates ahead. This situation had been modified already once, but it's still a real hazard and dangerous for driving and bad on tires and suspension and alignment and everything like that. And then the main one that I've had for a long time is you really need to have somebody in power to get the smart tracks go overhead in through the downtown San Rafael area. Every single time the smart train goes through town, traffic gets backed up for blocks and blocks and blocks, especially around 4:00. I don't know what happens later because I don't usually go through that area after that, but it it's back, they actually had someone yesterday standing at the signal trying to move the traffic through. It impacts traffic both going north-south and east West. Nobody can move. It is a complete nightmare. It is gridlock. I would love to talk to somebody in person and go to these sites with them in person and show them what all we're we're dealing with out here. Thank you.
