    This tree, on city property on Winburn Terrace, looks dead and the long branch is hanging over my side fence. I am very concerned that a strong wind will snap it off and it will crash into my fence. Please send the arborist to evaluate it or cut it away from my property. Thank you.

    this location is on Norman Berry Drive behind the Amoco Station where the culvert emerges on Norman Berry. There are old doors, old toilets, old clothing and general litter. Please clean up this dumping asap. It's an eyesore and diminishes the pride of our city. In addition, it's a pollution hazard to our waterways. No level of pollution should be tolerated in our city.
