    Who can we contact about cars speeding on Cedar Ave? Cars and Trucks are going at least 45 to 50 on a 25 mph street. Cedar curves but the cars pick up speed directly in front of our house. Have almost been hit checking the mail. I see other neighborhoods are having speed humps what is the criteria and who do we contact please?

    Some of the mess was cleaned up but now the Wal-Mart shopping cart is back with the same stuff in it. The cart was moved to Sylvan Rd. but is back at this same spot. Holidays are coming please don't let me have to explain to friends and family why our City allows this to continue. There is mess here all the time.

    The City just cleaned up a huge mess of trash yesterday. There is a man and lady who are doing drugs in the open and have brought more junk and trash. This looks to be a homeless and drug camp. Something must be done about this stretch of Cedar Ave between Palm and Harlan. I have called EPPD and was told bo law against loitering. Homeowners on this strip please record and start reporting this too. I can't be the only person SICK of seeing the mess, drugs and people camped out here. It's right at your yard area and is a danger.
