This is now the 3rd week of this car being parked here without moving. The bumper and hood are both still being held on by two strips of packing tape, it is riding on a spare tire, the entire front is pushed in, has no parking permit or sticker, and no tickets on the windshield. The city either needs to tow this car, change the signage on the street and laws to allow for people to use the street as a scrap yard as well, or start refunding residents for the parking passes they’ve purchased since they’re clearly not needed. Seriously, this area has limited parking and is highly congested due to a school being located 100 feet from here and parking enforcement really can’t stop to deal with this car?
