    there is no storm water managment for new or old construction when it comes to storm water management, 0, rain gutters get full of sediment and fill stoum drains, pictured is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Please do something and start or enforce a policy, you are breaking the law by doing nothing.

    The storm water pipes ate clogged or half open in fron of my house, I have been asking and would like to see the storm water pipes camera'ed. It is my professional opinion that the pipes are full of sand and that just cleaning the storm water inlet with a shovel is not enough. Also the storm water inlet at the north east corner of Portland and Minmouth is totally clogged as I watched the water flow from Portland to Monmouth and flow north to Princeton and help flood Princeton because now is takes on the water from Portland.
