10'Public Storm Drain Easement behind 1057 Olds Lane off of Birdneck Rd. Standing water and flooding since neighbors to east at 1053 filled in their ditch. Photo shows the end of their pipe and grate and how the water is standing in the ditch at 1057. Also flooding occurs now in the back east corner of 1057. Not sure which way the flow goes or if the filled in ditch is the cause of the problem. Or if the ditch just needs to be cleared or graded better. Please correct clogged ditch and spray for mosquitos.
