My wife was involved in a two-car accident tonight at the intersection of Dam Neck Rd. and Southcross Dr. Both cars are probably totaled. In the approximately 10-15 years since Dam Neck Rd. and Elbow Rd. were connected, traffic has increased on Dam Neck Rd. substantially, and there have been numerous major accidents at this intersection. It is extremely difficult to get into any lanes on Dam Neck at rush hours. A traffic signal is desperately needed at this intersection. Thank you.
