Gilbert Garcia

It appears as city workers dug a hole on my property and never finish what they started. It been about two weeks and currently covered by what appears to be sand. Due to constant rain i just wanted to make sure it does create a sink hole as some fill material has wash out on to the road. I was never notified as to what they were doing (a little bit concern).
