    The public beach access directly across the street from 2617 Sandpiper Road is completely overgrown with prickly weeds. It is a hazard for people and pets to use this access path.

    I have been here since August 25 and have yet to see anyone perform any sort of maintenance on the path.

    I am a homeowner but there are still plenty of renters here who use this pathway.
