I tried to post this for the City but it returns "No Services at this Location", so I hope that a City representative sees and acts on it.

The ditch alongside 1704 Forest Glen Rd Virginia Beach is totally blocked with leaf and branch debris where it enters the drain pipe under the road. During heavy rains a few weeks ago Sandy Springs Lane flooded badly and took hours to clear after rain stopped. Parts of Presidential Blvd served by this ditch would have also been flooded. This needs clearing please.

The drainage ditch that drains under Forest Glen Rd next to 3704 Forest Glen Rd is once again totally blocked by garden refuse that someone has dumped during in the past few days. They have also broken the fence to dump their refuse. When this ditch is blocked Presidential Blvd floods badly from Forresters Lane to Forest Glen Rd, as well as the side roads and Sandy Springs Lane. All become impassable. This blockage needs to be cleared before the next heavy rains, it took 6 months to get the city to clear this only 3 months ago. A "No Dumping" sign is needed, with the city able to fine anyone who dumps there.

Burst water main at the intersection of Forest Glen & Grant. Water is coming out of water valve cover and running into storm drain.

I reported a problem with this drain 5 months ago and have repeatedly posted about it. Twice the subject has been closed by the city but the drain has not yet been cleared. An inch of rain has Sandy Springs Lane and the intersection of Foresters Lane and Presidential Boulevard flooded. That water should run out through this ditch but the drain pipe under Forest Glen Rd is completely blocked. Every rainy day makes it worse due to more debris piling up. Don't close my post, sort out the problem.

This ditch drains Sandy Springs Lane and other nearby areas north of the blockage. Blockages in this ditch cause flooding in those areas. Branches have been dumped in this ditch the past few months and now block the drain, along with the chair.
