    A large uprooted tree stump was left behind after the tree (a town tree) was uprooted during a storm back in the spring. The town crews cleaned up the fallen tree but left the stump and about 4' of the tree behind.

    A fairly substantial hole has opened up around the root base of the tree near the edge of the sidewalk.
