1. At the same spot people keep dumping at this person's home (2855 Palm Drive) on the side of his house which is Cedar Avenue, there are two mattresses that have been sitting there now for over 10 days. This area again needs to be cleaned up.
2. The area at E. Washington and Harlan Drive has been reported but has not been cleaned up so far. Both of these problem areas are in River Park and it just seems to keep going.

1. An old grill has been put inside the park by the playground area that needs to be removed.

2. There are TWO (2) VERY large sinkholes that are on the Cedar Avenue Side of the park inside the fence. This is not the first time this has been reported. I reported something similar to this a few years ago. Obviously, East Point Parks and Rec have seen this because the area has been trimmed several times over the past few months. So, why has this not been taken care of before this has had to be reported by someone who lives in the area? Also, the fact that it is extremely close to the street should have made this a priority! Just my opinion.

Behind and to the side of 2856 Harlan Drive (Harlan Drive and Cedar Avenue) there is another mattress and what looks like a chair (?) dumped. These need to be picked up.

Lots of metal dumped, located behind and to the side of 2856 Harlan Drive (River Park). As East Point is very well aware of, this is the same location where people have been dumping for years now.

The appliances located behind and to the side of 2856 Harlan Drive has grown larger. Cedar Avenue and Harlan Drive.

Across the street from 990 Cedar Avenue sits a tire that started out with about two weeks sitting in the road. Someone picked it up and placed it on the sidewalk and now it has sat there for way over a month. This needs to be picked up.

Behind and to the side of 2856 Harlan Drive, another sofa has been dumped along with other stuff (Harlan Drive and Cedar Avenue).

Behind the property located at 2856 Harlan Drive (on the Cedar Avenue side) there is a mattress, trash and construction debris bags that have been dumped again. The mattress has been laying there for a few days.

Trash and Recycling were not picked up today (Wednesday, September 9, 2022) in River Park neighborhood.

River Park park, across the street from Parklane Elementary School, needs a hair cut. Especially, the area on Cedar Avenue, inside and outside of the fence, the grass is 2 to 3 feet high.

The limb needs to be removed from the electrical wires.

At Harlan Drive and Cedar Avenue, the pothole that has been there for a very long time has never been repaired.

On Cedar Avenue, between Harlan Drive and Palm Drive, there are two more mattresses that have been dumped. They have been sitting there for approximately a week. They need to be picked up.

House at 2856 Harlan Drive, there is another mattress that has been dumped. It is sitting on the Cedar Avenue side of the fence.

On Cedar Avenue, between Harlan Drive and Palm Drive, again there is a lot of litter/trash that has been thrown out and a baby stroller that has been sitting there for over a week. This is the same spot that River Park has had problems with in the past.

There are two signs attached to the pole and there is another stuck in the ground that need to be taken and disposed of. They are on the Sylvan Road side.

There is still the issue of the grass in this area that is extremely tall that had already been reported a while back that still has not been addressed.
