A mattress and a tire are lying in front of the trash receptacle behind the former RiteAid building. Looks like someone dumped the items there since it's kind of hidden.

Large broken tree branches litter both sides of Montoya between Buena Vista and Highgrove. The landscapers just drive their mowers around them but do not pick them up. Why?

The shrubs, bushes and trees on the north side of Montoya, between Highgrove and Main, haven't been trimmed in a long time and are encroaching onto the sidewalk. The south side was trimmed a couple of months ago but the north was not. Is this because of the Zone 19 issue or something else?

The corner of Winthrop and Dakin is covered in mud. Looks like it came out of the storm drain during last night's rain. Mud and some rocks are spread out over the street and up on a few residential driveways.

Street light #335.6 on Montoya near Winthrop Drive stays on 24/7 and does not turn off during daylight hours. Sensor issue?

Regarding the weekly street sweeping that started up recently, I applaud it but also have a complaint. Since this service started up I am finding gravel and asphalt sprayed up onto my driveway as well as my neighbors every week. There are also small piles of asphalt left on the street in front of my home. It's like the street sweeper just moves around dirt and debris without really sweeping it away. It wasn't like this before the street sweeping started.

Trash was dumped in the empty lot located at Highgrove and Montoya.

Due to the placement of my and my neighbor's mailboxes the boxes get blocked by parked cars often. The USPS has a rule in place where they do not have to deliver the mail if they cannot get to the box safely. According to USPS there must be at least 8 feet of clearance between the box and their delivery vehicle. I do not have control over who parks there. I park my vehicles in my garage or in my driveway. I don't know who to ask, but I was wondering if it would be possible to paint the curb red to prevent cars from parking in front of the mailboxes. Any help with this matter would be appreciated.

Graffiti showed up over a week ago on a utility box located in the center median on Magnolia.

A large swath of debris and large trash bags have been dumped along Montoya Drive. The debris field is between Winthrop Drive and Highgrove Street along the east side of Montoya Drive. It showed up overnight and looks like it may have fallen off of a truck or was dumped.

On the south corner of Taylor and Ontario an exterior block wall has fallen down. It has been down since November or December. You can see into the homeowner's backyard. They have hung a white tarp to try and create privacy but haven't repaired the downed block wall. Not sure if it's the homeowner's responsibility or if there is an HOA that handles such issues. Regardless, it looks bad and brings down the neighborhood aesthetic. Is there anything that can be done?

The housing for the telecommunication wires has been damaged and is now exposed to the elements. I'm not sure who to contact about this. Is this handled by the city or some other entity?

The street light, #3351, at the corner of Montoya and High Grove stays on all day and night. It's as if the sensor is not working.

Two shopping carts, from Sprouts, are sitting on opposite sides of the street on Montoya near Winthrop. This seems to be a weekly occurrence now.

Light pole number 26633 stays on all day and does not go off. Seems like the light sensor may not be working.

Sprinklers in median along E. Foothill Pkwy, in between Fullerton and California, are watering the street more than the trees and plants. Excessive water run-off onto E. Foothill from sprinklers. Seems like a waste when the city should be water-wise.

A shopping cart has been sitting near the corner of Montoya and Buena Vista Ave for over a week and needs to be removed.

On 4/20/18 at approximately 5:10am I was driving on E. Foothill Pkwy on my way to the 15 Fwy and noticed that all of the street lights between California Ave and State Street were out leaving the street completely dark.

One of the newly replaced lights on Winthrop Dr., in between Dakin and MacBeth, is not working leaving the center of the street very dark. It's the pole in front of 1046 Winthrop.
