This building has been owned by a new owner for 10 months and nothing has been done to improve it. See other report, the building is not secure from entrance the back window is missing

As of Monday no permits were taken out on 314, 316 or 322 W. 38th St. According to the above mentioned case number, documents were to be submitted for the mitigation of the significant friable asbestos which according to the report needs to be properly and promptly remediated and a plan for the renovation of or the demolition of the entire building. Have plans according to the case number report been submitted? Demolition of the interior continues today. Floor tiles in the building of this age generally we're made of asbestos.
