1. Black car parked on grass. Now has West Virginia license plates, used to have New York. No valid stickers on plates. It is illegal parked on MY property at 644. It was parked there by the people living at 648. This is done repeatedly. We have told them not to park there. Even placing plants and pots to deter this activity. 2. The blue Jetta on the driveway does not run and has not moved in months.

The lens is damaged. Light was on during the day. Picture taken about 7:30am 10/13.

Along the curb, a depression has formed in the road. This depression holds water for several days after it rains.

When you are exited the parking lot at Bow Creek Rec Center the view is obstructed. The bushes on the right side prohibit the driver from seeing traffic on Clubhouse RD. Also, vehicles parked to the left of the entrance make it very difficult to see traffic on Clubhouse RD. You have to pull into the intersection to see cross traffic. Also the stop sign is located BEFORE the stop line. (Isn't that backwards, shouldn't the stop line be before the stop sign) The stop line is also very faded and hard to see.
