Please refer to ticket 17-00140984. Company (ART Design & Build) received another set of new emergency parking permits for personal/employee parking. The street parking is very limited for residents that live here especially with street cleaning days. The 2 of the 3 permits are being used for personal/employee parking vs. debris container. Are these signs being enforced right now? The company is also continuously circling cars that are in the spots with caution/orange cones. I have seen people accidentally hit and run over these causing damage to their cars.

The emergency parking permits used by the company are not solely being used for debris container as stated. This has been ongoing for months. There is (1) debris container + 2 parking spots marked off by permits and used at the company's leisure for their own employee parking. This is a major inconvenience for residents on this street as parking is already limited as is in the evening/night. When I have to park in one of the spots the company has marked off by a permit, I am forced to wake up early to move my car and search around the neighborhood for a new parking spot in order to prevent me getting a parking ticket/violation (same for all those living in this area). Daily employee/staff parking should not be allowed for emergency parking permits to be utilized continuously as used by this company. Permit: PA10353958-R1 2/3, 3/3.
