    The lights on Lincoln are only letting 3-5 cars through each cycle when traffic is high. The lights are not synced up to move cars through so cars pile up. This was 5:30pm on a Wednesday when I noticed the problem.

    Chalgrove Dr. has a couple potholes and floods on the even street address side. The concrete before the storm drain in front of 1544 Chalgrove Dr. is raised and created a back flow away from the storm drain. This back flow has caused the road to erode where it meets the concrete. Driveways flood for multiple homes (1544, 1536, 1528, and 1520 all flood even in minor storms). The driveway at 1544 Chalgrove will flood even when a neighbor washes their vehicles farther up the street. During the storms in the middle of January, 3/4 of the street was flooded (width) to the point where individuals could not get into their cars parked on the street without stepping in 8-10 inches of water by their driver side doors.
