    So when the streets are cleared?
    and when snow removal really means just pushing it around on private property?
    and snow piled onto front yards that are too small?
    and the snow contains debris and dirt?
    and then the snow and rain cause sidewalk flooding?
    and there is no where for the water to run?
    and then ice builds up on the sidewalk?
    and I spend $40 to melt the ice?
    and then it gets cold?
    and now where does the public walk safely?

    The northern edge of city park north of Riverstone School is flooded and the smell is like a swamp or sewer. It is not graded to drain. The wet area runs from Willow Drive behind the postal boxes, pretty much to the eastern border of the park.
