The above is what I originally posted this request on 10/6/2021, Issue ID: 11245785. It was assigned to Streets and Stormwater and was closed the next day, 10/7/2021 with the following comment: Thanks for reporting! The City cannot perform work on Railroad property. The railroad is aware of the issue. Thanks again for contacting the Action Center - Broken Arrow.

Here we are 6 months later and Union Pacific has NOT fixed this problem. Please contact the railroad again about this. Thank you.

At the SW corner of this intersection, street is torn up next to curb and sidewalk ramp, and hole is filled with gravel. This has been this way for at least a month. Not sure what happened to cause this situation, but it needs to be fixed.

Location is westbound Kenosha, left turn lane to go south on north 14th Street. Concrete in left turn lane is crumbled and broken up. PLEASE do not repair with asphalt; PLEASE repair with concrete.

Two asphalt potholes need to be filled. They are circled on the attached photo. Intersection of E. Elgin Place & N. 10th St., in front of 313 N. 10th St.

On the BA Expressway Eastbound, on the 9th pole East of Elm Place, the light on the south side of the pole is burned out.

On the BA Expressway Westbound, on the 5th pole west of Lynn Lane, the light on the south side of the pole is burned out.

The double-yellow line centerline striping needs to be repainted on N. Elm Place on the bridge over the BA Expressway. Someone driving south in the northbound turn lane almost hit me.

Tall grass/weeds along creek bed at southeast corner of The Village apartments and southwest corner of Hartford Villas apartments, at the intersection of Hartford/Village/Freeport streets. Bad situation as I've seen children playing in the weeds and along the creek.

Mowing is desperately needed for the creek across from the intersection of Hartford/Village/Freeport streets, between The Village apartment complex and Hartford Villas.

Tractor-trailer rig combinations and individual semi-trailers are being parked at the end of this strip shopping center. Is this parking lot zoned for this kind of parking?

Inoperable and/or abandoned vehicles. These two cars have flat tires and have not moved for several months.

Effluent is bubbling from a sewer manhole onto the ground and into the street. Manhole is between the fenceline and the street. This has been occurring for quite some time. Location is north side of the road between 208 and 490 E. New Orleans.

Curb is broken and needs repair

While in the left turn lane on Aspen at Albany northbound waiting to turn left onto westbound Albany, the signal light would not change for me on a bicycle.

The eastbound Dallas and westbound Dallas light will not change for a bicyclist when waiting just behind the crosswalk as a vehicle would.
