Liquor and beer bottles strewn about by Sahara Hookah night club patrons. This trash has been there for weeks. Raleigh police and neighbors have asked them to clean the trash but the owner blatantly refuses.

The subway property has weeds and grass calf high, I trimmed bushes and trash everywhere of every kind.

It has gotten noticeably worse.

Building code violations. The retaining wall in the rear of the property is crumbling and there is some sort of significant gutter/water drainage issue on the west side of the building. Both are hazards.

A cable of some kid is down on The sidewalk as well as a chest of drawers that has been there for quite some time now. This is on Boylan just south of Hinsdale on the west side of the street.

Glass beer and wine bottles and beer cans and trash on the sidewalks and tree boxes by the Sahara Hookah Bar. Several have been there for multiple days.

Sahara Hookah Bar has trash strewn throughout their property as well as the surrounding tree boxes and sidewalks. Further, there are enormous leaf piles on N Boylan created by Sahara that make transit dangerous and limit parking options. Trash includes beer bottles, broken glass and cans. There is an elementary school directly across the street and lots of children and pets nearby.

The property owner clearly is not proactive about keeping their own property clean and free of litter and trash as evidenced by all of the precious violations. This mess invites more mess and crime into a residential neighborhood with an elementary school and church just yards away.
