Always at least one unlicensed vehicle or vehicle with expired State inspection in the street at all times. Dealer plates frequently with expired inspection. This has been reported in the past with no apparent action.

Resident has piled grass in the street. Grass could wash into the storm drain if not picked up before the next rainfall. This is not an issue on lack of service by the city.

Curb inlets 17030-412 and -410 may be clogged with debris. Neighbor was seen blowing grass and leaves into curb inlet. Please survey the condition of the curb inlets and pipe that leads to the drainage canal behind 4807 Rosecroft Street. Clean as appropriate to prevent street flooding.

Storm drain catch basin located on Newtown Road to the rear of 5832 Pontiac Road (Unit ID 20020-060) is obstructed by pine straw and leaves. Curb and gutter also clogged with excess debris due to overhanging trees.

Three potholes that appear to be sinkholes across the intersection of Parkway Court. At least one was previously filled in the asphalt and sunk again. Please investigate as a sinkhole and don't just fill in with more asphalt.

As stated in a previous report, when Princess Anne was resurfaced in 2018 the contractor left the roadway sign behind. Please have this removed. Why doesn't anyone with the Public Works pay attention to these issues?

When Princess Anne Road was resurfaced in 2018, the contractor left road signs and stands behind at this address and another on Baxter Road at the BP Gas Station. The signs remain and should be removed. If the contractor that mows the median took pride in their work, they would have noted and reported this. Same for the owners of the BP.

A yard basin on the Marlborough Dr side of the Rec Center always has water running inside regardless of weather. Running water can be heard at all times.

The sidewalk and shoulder have been "under construction" for at least six months. When is this project going to be completed?

Area between fence and street overgrown, poison ivy on fence. Fence fell over last year and may not be secure. Not sure if this is City property/easement or owned by 4767 Rosecroft St and/or 4762 Post Oak Drive

Front and side yard overgrown, in excess of 10 inches.

Is there a requirement that the sidewalk be kept free of grass? Grass encroaching on sidewalk, restricting width of public walking area.

Chain link fence on express way entrance was damaged months ago and is still down.

Tree removed from this location recently and this past weekend a crew removed growth from the fence and along the slope. However, debris and tree limbs, etc left in the water. Flow is still restricted and was noticeable this weekend.

This property has been vacant for several years and appears blighted.

At the above address, there are 2-3 vehicles with expired plates and State Inspections that are parked in the street. It is not known if the vehicles are operable.
