Hi,

Bickell's Pond, which is located in Countryside South could really use a water fountain or two to keep the pond clean and nice to look at. It fills up with weeds, gets very dirty looking and is a prime breeding ground for flies/mosquitos and leaches. A number of people I have spoken to that use the walking trail around the pond have agreed that a fountain or two would really benefit the pond and area.

My street is covered in oil stains caused by my neighbour's tenant's old Chevy half ton truck that leaks oil constantly. He fixed the problem by letting his tenant park in his driveway and now the truck leaks oil on the dirt in front of his gate to his back yard. This seems like an OH&S issue to me. It will also lower the property value of my home due to the terrible looking curb appeal of the street.
