    The drainage pipe under my driveway seems to have a hole in a pipe joint. I have to dig mud out of the pipe every six months for the water to drain through and you can see in the photo where the concrete has settled due to the loss of soil between the pipe and concrete pavement. I have repaired my driveway a couple of times with quikcrete but it is too cracked and settled for that to work any more. Since the pipe is in the right of way, please let me know when the city can replace the pipe and repair my driveway. The address is 4425 Hermitage Road. Thank you.

    There are sinkholes in front of the curb inlet at the SE corner of Five Forks Road and Hermitage Road. I am concerned that a pedestrian may be injured if they don't see the holes and step into one when it is dark outside. It could also get bad enough that it undermines the edge of the pavement and collapse under the weight of a garbage truck or other heavy vehicle. I have photos I can send.

    Poor turn signal timing crossing Northampton Blvd. The turn signals on Pleasure House Rd activate even when no vehicles are in the turn lanes. This wastes fuel for drivers waiting in the north and south lanes to cross Northampton Blvd check the detector loop sensitivity so that it doesn't active when the lanes are empty. It would also help to coordinate the green lights on Pleasure House Rd at Northampton Blvd and First Court Rd. Thank you.

    Long traffic signal timing. The vehicle detection loop on First Court Rd seems very long when there is only one vehicle at the stop bar. Please reduce the signal timing during non-peak hours and possibly coordinate the green light on Pleasure House Rd and with the light at Northampton Blvd. the long light wastes fuel for drivers going north and south on Pleasure House Rd. Thank you.
