fire hydrant. cars constantly park in front of it and residents use area as dumping ground for bulk pickup, yard debris etc. many times fire hydrant is not visible due to lawn debris and cars parked in front. please post
"NO PARKING" and "NO DUMPING" signs. i know this sounds ridiculous but these people need a reminder, this has been going on for years. the danger is that every second lost trying to find or access the fire hydrant could result in a fatality. i posted homemade ones but they tore them up.

I am writing due to the long-neglected city-owned alleys in the Pembroke Manor neighborhood. These alleys go behind the townhomes and are covered with gang graffiti. There are large pieces of sidewalk that are destroyed or not level that is a public safety hazard; as a Doctor I see this as an easy way for someone to break a leg, ankle, etc. There are numerous large Verizon boxed that have been ripped up leaving large holes with wires hanging out, again another public safety hazard. There are old Bell telephone boxes that have also been ripped up with wires hanging out. There is no lighting. There is a multitude of property owner neglect including broken and falling fences and tree overgrowth. There are alleys on Hinsdale street north and south just east of the manor house. There is an alley on bennett where the homeowner has extended his fence and blocked it off, you can see the alley going through his “backyard”. The most dangerous one is behind the pumpstation on bennett and constitution. There is a door with a no trespassing sign, behind this is another alley, super sketchy that goes into a jungle…I stopped exploring because it was getting dark. These are all city owned and neglected. They are areas for kids to hide and drink and do drugs, etc. the gang graffiti indicates this. These alleyways are used by the residents to take out their trash and are totally unacceptable. For a person to walk or bike ride here would be very dangerous. Please evaluate and fix at once.

Long line of bushes on hinsdale bordering the steeet are overgrown and hanging into street causing blind spot for drivers and is a hazard for pedestrians

Painting of new pavement was never completed. Dangerous as there is no indication of what is shoulder and what is lane, who has right of way, where lanes start and end, etc. Nearly getting into accidents everyday. Please finish the painting. Possibly put more cones to block drivers from cutting over solid white lines to do 4 lane swoop move. 8th request yes EIGHT TIMES I HAVE ASKED YOU TO PAINT THE LANES ON THIS SITE!

7th request. Please finish painting the dividing lines and the lines that go diagonal indicating the shoulder area is not a driving lane. Traffic coming north in independence going to 264 west on ramp are using shoulder before off ramp to jump the line causing near accidents again multiple times a day. This is also causing traffic to back up on the interstate for those who are trying to exit. Dont do a job if you are.only.going to do it half @ss. This really shouldnt be that hard of a task to accomplish. If you would like i can get some.spray paint and go do it myself.

For the love of god please paint the traffic lanes before someone gets killed. Almost got hit there again today 3rd time this week. Nice job with the new asphalt now paint the lanes! 6th yes SIXTH REQUEST!

No turning sign on ground at southwest corner of jeanne and independence. I reported this a month ago..sign is still lying on ground. Looks like your workers just mowed around it. Saw an accident there 2 weeks ago probably due to no sign..

due to the large trees on the property there are months worth of yard debris and leaves etc in the gutter in front of the house which does not allow water into the drains instead we have large standing puddles of water in the streets

massive amoubnts of trash on side yard. trash cansd overflowing. looks like someone was evicted or moved and just dumped all there stuff on the side yard

mattresses in yard for weeks

massive amount of construction debris has been piled up in yard for weeks...large 16 pane windows, wood, drywall, insulation etc. no permit. no dumpster.
