Light pole was knocked down by speeder. Dominion responded along with the police dept. Occurred Memorial Day around 10:30 pm.
Person driving was issued a summons. Dominion took the pole away at approx. 2AM but left a mess including shards of glass in grass and street and public sidewalk. I called Dominion and asked they come back replace the pole and clean up the mess they left. The report # for Dominion was 31906972. The neighbors have called several times. An elderly disabled vet and his wife reside at 916 Timberlake drive in Bellamy manor Estates and it is very dark around their house without the light as well as the surrounding homes. Dominion has not responded to replace pole or clean up glass. Can someone please help. This is a good issue for channel 10. We could not provide a light pole number due to the fact the pole damage was so bad the pole was removed.

Constant flooding during and after rain. Water washes over curb into front yard and partially covers driveway including the yards of my neighbors at 916 & 921 Timberlake drive. Storm drain needs to be cleared out in front of 920 and 921. My husband is dealing with cancer and there are times when we have to get to the hospital or doctors fast. When it starts to flood we at times have been unable to get out of our driveway. Also cars coming around the curve towards our property sometimes speeding get stalled out and have blocked our ability to get out of the driveway. I have reported this on several occasions as have my neighbors. We even get vehicles such as jeeps, large trucks driven into our yard destroying our lawn just so they can get down the street this issue includes our neighbors many of whom are seniors with disabilities. We need assistance with this matter. One of the reasons the drains get backed up is the amount of traffic on our road and people throwing their trash into the street and also the normal things leaves, and lawn people blowing grass clippings etc into the road which of course ends up in the drains. We have actually spoken to many of the lawn people and neighbors about this on going issue. I reported this again yesterday morning (10/5/2016) WORK ORDER # 91466732. We are asking to please have this matter cleared up by Friday before the storm or heavy rain starts.

Light is out. We have had to report this same pole on many occasions.
The light stays fixed for a short while than goes out again. My yard gets dug up each time they repair the light. It may just be the bulb. We would also like to look into getting a brighter light if possible. My neighbors are senior citizens and when they are coming and going in their yard and driveway the light is a great asset.
