    Storm drain at end of Thoroughgood Dr is completely clogged from debris from drainage ditch running parallel to Thoroughgood House Property causing complete flooding of cul-de-sac at 0300 23 Jan. I went out at 0300 to try and break up clog to help eleviate flooding, but clog remains and requires immediate attention with all of the rain, snow, high tide.
